Management Training Series

Management Training Series – Welcome to the Company

These sessions are designed to introduce the attendees to the manner in which the Pleasants Organization conducts its business.  The time requirement to complete the New Manager Training Series is 5 to 6 hours.  The New Manager Training is performed in a classroom setting.

These sessions are interactive and attendees are encouraged to ask any questions about the various topics being presented. The New Manager Training Series is available in 3 levels – Red, White and Blue.  Each Series is targeted to the level of responsibility the manager enjoys.  The programs target entry level, mid-level and advanced level managers.  The classes for each Series are included below.
