PLEASANTS LEARNING ACADEMY (PLA)
Welcome to the Pleasants Learning Academy (PLA). Since 2017, the PLA has been providing meaningful training to deserving employees of the Pleasants Organization. Training is one of our Core Values. Our training is targeted to the needs of the employees serving the Pleasants Organization. PLA training reinforces our culture, values and our commitment to excellence.
Our materials are created “in house” and are presented by a Certified PLA Instructor. All instructors of the PLA are tenured employees of the Pleasants Organization. The PLA offers sessions in three media for training. We perform sessions in a classroom setting, remotely utilizing Zoom and PowerPoint and via our OneSource Online™ Video Series. The PLA has performed over 1,000 sessions and enjoys well over 350 graduates.
