The Core Values of the Pleasants Learning Academy

The Core Values that were adopted by the Pleasants Organization on August 12, 2016, are the same as those for the Pleasants Learning Academy.

Integrity – We are honest, ethical, responsive, professional and diligent. This is the bedrock for everything we do. Teammates and those we serve rely on us to deliver on our promises.

Excellence – We are passionate about our work and strive for excellence. We are accountable for our actions and the quality of our work. We set the bar high and fix problems as they occur. Our expectation is that each job will be done on time, on budget and that all work will be completed correctly the first time.

Safety – Our jobs and the company’s success depend on the wellbeing of one another. Safety is our way of life and is reflected in everything we do. We strive for perfection and a culture of best in class safety practices.
