The Mission Statement of the PLA is to “provide meaningful training to deserving employees of the Pleasants Organization”.

Effective training ensures that employees have a consistent experience and background of knowledge. This consistency is extremely important when it comes to understanding processes, products, services and the “Pleasants Way” of conducting our business. Training allows us to do the job right the first time, on time and on budget.

We constantly strive to better the performance of each employee and our entire organization. The PLA is committed to providing meaningful training at all levels. We embrace the importance of improvement and the opportunity for betterment that training provides for all employees of the Pleasants Organization.
